  We ordered our food at 7:18 it's just coming out at 8:12. We only have a party of 3. We watched tables who came in 10-15 after us get their food way before us. We are leaving and after coming here for 22 years we will not be back. Worst service ever. They saying they will adjust the check but that's not what we want. I can not believe this

  Worst service ever at an Olive Garden! Had to ask 3 times to get a glass of water. Was seated at a table next to the kitchen entrance, not a good idea for any restaurant. The servers were more interested in texting and using their phones than they were serving guests.

  Walked into Olive Garden for a birthday celebration after calling ahead to let them know we were on our way - hostess told us "it'd be awhile." Waited about 30-35 minutes and we were then seated in an empty room within what looked to be a pretty empty restaurant. Waited about 10 minutes before asking the hostess where our server was and she responded with "he's busy, he'll be over when he can." Long story short - all 13 of us got up and walked out and had a wonderful lunch somewhere else. At past restaurants I've worked in - there would be no tolerance for speaking to customers in that way. Where's the management in this place? Won't ever go back and from reading past reviews my family won't be the only ones.

  I came in alone with just my book hoping for a nice quiet lunch and that's exactly what I got. Service was fast and they were very accommodating, seating me a table in a quiet corner. I didn't know that Olive Garden had obtained tablets for each table that you can order from, call your server on, and even pay on with your card.
